The parish is very welcoming of children. The children are prepared for First Communion at about four years old. Each Sunday, the children are in the Worship Service for the first part including "Gathering Time" with the Priest and then have time with a leader in Church School. The Church School for ages 4 to 10 uses the Season of the Spirit Curriculum. The children join the rest of the parish at the "Sharing of the Peace". There are special Worship Services involving children throughout the year.

The parish is continually looking for and open to ways to give support to children and families in living their faith. There are family dinners and a variety of parish gatherings that include children. There is a serious desire to have children be included in the parish and affirmed in their life as a child of God.

Children regularly receive communion and participate in the worship and ministry of the parish.
